    Description

    Location: USA

    Education: University Graduate engineer in mechanical engineering or Electrical/ Control system engineering.

    Post Graduation - MBA – Marketing preferred.

    Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in the Intralogistics solution market or equivalent.

    • Should have experience in customer relationship management, key decision maker connects of clients.
    • should have an intralogistics automation solutions expertise, like complete turnkey projects, knowledge of High Bay warehouses, EMS system (monorail), AGV, AMR, Shuttles, RGV's Conveyors, lifts, stacker cranes.
    • Knowledge of customer base in US with all kinds of industrial sectors, industries like FMCG, White goods, Pharma, Textile, Automotive, Chemical, E-com, main interest focus will be manufacturing Industry.
    • Developing Agents across US for the organization.

    Preferrable Application segment experience:

    • ASRS, Warehouse Automation, Intralogistics Automation (required)
    • AGV, AMR, Vertical Carousels (preferable)
    • Conveyor and automation systems. (preferable)
    • Robotic integration systems. (preferable)

    Job Profile:

    • Responsible for Business Development in USA.
    • Responsible to lead the regional sales and projects to engage with the development of

    business with customers, as well as developing new customers.

    • Prior experience in leading / managing at least 1-2 people teams for sales objectives is desirable.
    • Responsible for collaboration with the back-end sales and proposal engineering teams in India, to align the customer needs/RFQs, sales strategy, facilitate communications with customer to develop winning solution as per the sales strategy, and ensure execution of sales strategy through presentations and sales push.
    • Multi organization collaboration experience is an advantage.

    50% and will travel to Latin America, USA and Mexico
