    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of sales initiatives.

    Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets in the paint and coatings industry.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
    Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize their potential and effectiveness.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to expand our customer base.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

    Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and successful partnerships.
    Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
    Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our brand presence and network with potential clients.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the paint and coatings industry or related industrial automation fields.

    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
    Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
    Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related events.
