- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Implement document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management.
- Administer data/document management applications.
- Process one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure that pre-established document control requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
- Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
- Enter data and produce reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications.
- Initiate and reply to routine correspondence related to the area of responsibility.
- Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services relevant to area of responsibility.
- Work with other staff members as needed to develop and improve services.
- Respond to changing technology environment and participate in decision-making activities relating to customers' needs.
- Process and track documents, including but not limited to: Change Order Requests, Transmittals/E-mail Notifications, RFI's, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, Drawings for Production, Daily Reports
- Assist users in capturing and locating electronic information.
- Maintain an established data distribution system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years of prior document control administration is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field and/or experience in the field will be considered.

Description
Clark Pacific is seeking a Document Control Analyst.Location:In office setting. Will be required to travel between our Woodland and West Sacramento location upon supervisors direction. Must have ability to be flexible with the business needs.
Hours:5:00am-2:00pm
Employee Type:Full-Time Hourly. Overtime required based on business needs.
The Document Control Analyst will work under minimal supervision and perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department. They are responsible for technical documentation of procedures and practices, will ensure proper operating of documents and records tracking, and will conduct assessments for complex records and data projects; recommending solutions as needed. The Document Control Analyst is a functional role and will assist the Senior Document Control Administrator in their day-to-day tasks.
