    Job Description and Duties

    Candidates must perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Under general direction provided by the Staff Services Manager I, and operating at the full-journey level, the incumbent serves as a Communications and Publications Analyst for the Division of Audits (Audits) and various divisions within the State Controller's Office (SCO), and is responsible for independently performing the most complex technical, analytical, design, quality assurance, editorial, and consultative services, to meet audit and reporting responsibilities, and enhance the quality and timeliness of internal and external distribution for all major means of communication and technical publications.     In order to be eligible for this position, you must either be transfer eligible, reinstatement eligible, or take and pass the required exam.
