- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong Banquet/Private Event experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of global cuisines, culinary techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative flair and a passion for innovation, constantly seeking new ways to elevate the dining experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory control systems.
