    About The Position
    At Qognify, part of Hexagon, we develop software to safeguard your world. Our video and PSIM solutions help our customers quickly resolve incidents and minimize their impact.

    As a global organization headquartered in the United States, we operate main offices and R&D centers in Germany and Israel.

    We are seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for planning and executing program specific events and assisting in marketing tasks.

    Events include tradeshows, in-person and virtual events such as road shows, trade shows, partner events, webinars, etc. This is a critical role that encompasses logistics planning, event marketing, coordination, and day-of execution. This role will also develop requisite documentation and deliverables for each event.
    This is a remote position, and we are looking for candidates only located within the DFW area
    Responsibilities

    • Select, plan, and implement lead generation activities in accordance with our go-to-market strategy and in close cooperation with the sales team.
    • Research relevant digital and in-person events based on our vertical focus and develop an annual event calendar for the AMERICAS region in accordance with the regional budget; calculate and track project costs.
    • Manage all external and Qognify-hosted in-person and virtual events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner/customer events), including project planning; coordination of stakeholders; research, selection and management of external service providers and logistics (venues, hotels, booth builders, etc.); booth layout; promotional activities including emails and social media; and on-site support.
    • Track and report event and field activity outcomes with relevant KPIs for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in event and project management, ideally in the technology industry.
    • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
    • Experience planning in-person and virtual events for attendees.
    • College/university degree with a focus in marketing or event management or similar background.
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and webinar applications.
    • Ability to travel to tradeshows throughout the US, Canada and Latin America regions.

    Qognify's compensation is affected by a wide array of factors to include skillset, level of experience, and work location.

    The annual base salary for this role starts at $55,000 and is bonus eligible, plus benefits, including generous paid time off, health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 401K with a generous employer match.
