    Job Title: Project Manager

    Location: San Jose, CA

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and executing large-scale commercial projects. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore is essential.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
    • Utilize expertise to contribute to accurate and efficient plumbing and HVAC system designs.
    • Develop comprehensive project estimates, covering materials, labor, and equipment costs.
    • Organize and maintain project documentation using tools like BlueBeam and Procore.
    • Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates on financial status and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, ensuring timely project completion.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
    • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and exceeds client expectations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
    • Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Local presence with a stable work history and commitment to professional growth.
