    • Bonus Offered Our client, a major competitor in the food industry, is seeking a sales coordinator to join their growing team In this role, you will be responsible for directly supporting the Boston sales office and providing sales marketing support to the entire sales team.
    Specific responsibilities include assisting with sales orders, order entry, order follow-up and customer confirmations; processing daily orders and maintain inventory levels; update and maintain databases; act as sales liaison to support retailer portals; and more.

    The qualified candidate will have an associate degree and 3+ years of experience in an office or produce environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication skills; phone etiquette; and an ability to work in a professional, confident manner.

    Experience is SAP, Specright, or Salesforce is highly preferred, and bilingual (Spanish) and knowledge of the produce industry is a plus.
