- Accurately process invoices within the Quickbooks system.
- Thoroughly check invoice accuracy and meticulously align them with relevant purchase orders.
- Enter invoices while strictly following established procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing processes and other financial initiatives.
- Maintain well-organized accounts payable records.
- High school diploma is a must, while an Associate's degree in Accounting is desirable.
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Proficient in using Quickbooks software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and the wider Office suite.
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
