Description
1. Match and code invoices of assigned vendors- Input coded invoices into computer system of assigned vendors
- Communicate with vendors as needed
- File paid as well as unpaid invoices when applicable
- Prepare invoice deduction notices as necessary
- Answer all assigned vendor inquiries for assigned vendors
- Match copy of checks to applicable invoice(s) for assigned vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
