- 3+ years of experience in a Client Services, Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within SaaS or Digital Marketing

About the Role
This Client Success Manager (Account Manager) will represent Listrak by playing a critical role in supporting growth and retention for world class eCommerce brands. You will foster strategic relationships with senior level executives, relying on both a strong understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives in addition to a deep understanding of Listrak's cross-channel marketing platform.
You will develop comprehensive strategies and consult with the client on how to execute and optimize those strategies - all while delivering superior results. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric analytical thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities to drive ever-increasing value and revenue growth for their client partners in a dynamic environment.
