They are a collaborative team, working with a wide variety of small to mid-sized companies to manufacture electrical and electronic components.
What you'll get to do:
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManage the month-end and year-end closing processesOversee the general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactionsPerform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare and submit regulatory reports as requiredCollaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecastsManage AP, AR, cash flow and manage banking relationshipsProvide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processesProcess weekly payroll using ADP Run and ensure timely payment of employees.
What will make you successful:
Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of corporate accounting principlesProficiency in using ERP and accounting software. Global Shop and Access experience is preferred.
Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial dataKnowledge of regulatory reporting requirementsExperience in payroll management and AR collectionsAbility to perform general ledger accounting tasks, including debits/credits and balance sheet reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Salary contingent on relevant experience.
