    COMPANY OVERVIEW

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    33% Production Control Leadership
    Lead set up of capacity model to reflect impacts to capacity based on product mix
    Integrate Production Control requirements into ONE Source
    Develop / optimize outgoing material delivery process
    Develop a capacity model for integrated wood panel manufacturing facility
    Schedule jobs into factory and shipment to job sites
    Ensure raw material inventory levels are managed at point of consumption

    33% Process Leadership
    Review and improve production control / inventory management processes
    Identify areas for improvement in purchasing, inventory management and logistics
    Establish processes required for good financial performance

    33% Mentorship & Growth
    Develop, mentor, train Agorus production and production control team in LEAN processes

    Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Understanding of Lean Manufacturing processes (Kanban, Visual Inventory, etc.)
    Familiarity with Construction processes
    Familiarity with ERP systems, Acumatica a plus


    ONBOARDING ROADMAP
    First 30 Days
    Meet and get to know the team
    Familiarize yourself with manufacturing and inventory processes
    Learn about OneSource software integration
    Learn and understand differences between existing factory processes and future factory processes
    Get initial in-brief on ONE Line from out automation team, future robotics manufacturing solution

    First 60 Days
    Develop plan to collect information required to develop capacity plan for 3 process lines (robotic, semi-automated and manual)
    Develop plan to implement LEAN Manufacturing principles in production planning and inventory control
    Develop plan with production to implement point of use replenishment flow for raw materials
    Work with Finance to define process for stock replenishment and consumable purchases

    First 90 Days
    Implementation of new capacity model for factory
    Roadmap for production control integration with ONE Source and Accumatica
    Implementation of Kanban system for inventory management

    Salary Description

    $125,000 - $135,000
