    Job Description


    This role plays a critical part in managing assigned accounts, focusing on strategic and tactical sales approaches to maintain existing business, enhance profitability, and develop new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver strategic sales goals for assigned accounts, driving year-over-year growth
    • Expand business by acquiring new accounts and increasing sales with existing ones through networking and prospecting
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Amcor, product lines, and the industry to solidify our position as a leader in the market
    • Manage account complexities to meet customer needs effectively
    • Build trust-based relationships with customers
    • Lead business negotiations and influence decision-making
    • Report sales performance regularly for management review
    • Ensure forecast accuracy for improved results
    • Manage accounts receivable levels
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to drive sales initiatives and profitability
    • Plan and implement actions to address customer needs
    • Act as a safety leader, prioritizing safety in all activities
    • Embrace and promote Amcor's core values

    What We Want from You

    • Education: Bachelor's degree
    • Experience: Relevant experience in technical, sales, and general management, preferably in the packaging industry
    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Proven track record of successful sales growth and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to Amcor's values and ethos
