    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
    • Respond to and resolve tenant requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a similar role as a maintenance technician r or related field
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and contractors
    • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Complex mechanical: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Commercial Building maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
