Job DescriptionA successful candidate should have experience in the majority of these daily tasks:
Contacting direct customers and vendors by email and phone.
Reading and understanding all types of contracts and agreements, to include legal terminology.
Redlining contracts and agreements for sales, service, and purchasing.
Leading and taking part in discussions and negotiations with direct customers and vendors on suggested redlines.
, Redlining Confidentiality agreements.
Completing customer and vendor forms.
Requesting, reviewing, and providing feedback on Certificates of Liability Insurance for customers and vendors.
Setting up and maintaining company documentation for customer purchase and safety online portals. Familiarity with ISN, Avetta and PEC is a plus.
Prioritizing tasks with success.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; AA or BA Degree preferred
1-3 years sales/service customer service experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
