Trillium has an immediate opening for a Contract Specialist in Fredericksburg, VA

As a Contract Specialist, you will be working in a sales/service environment and working directly with vendors and customers via phone and email.

You will be in charge of redlining contracts, confidentiality, and purchasing agreements.

In addition, the Contract Specialist will request, review, and provide feedback on Certificates of Liability Insurance for vendors and customers.

You will take part in negotiations and discussions directly with the customers and vendors regarding all redline suggestions.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Experience with negotiation of contract terms is required
13 years of experience in customer service
Computer experience including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace
