- Ensure efficient and timely collection of payments
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding collections
- Collaborate with team members to optimize revenue streams
- Assist with credit investigations and establish credit limits
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
- Credit underwriting experience and basic understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
