Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:

Full cycle Accounts Payable, 3-way match, weekly check runs, ACH processing
Accounts Receivable - cash applications, account reconciliations, variance research, credit memos, and aging management
Account, credit card, and bank reconciliations
Cross department communication about vendor accounts

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Proactive in tackling challenges
Comfortable working independently and proactive in asking questions and communicating status updates
