Accounts Payable Specialist
Our Westside client is rapidly growing and looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Come join an exciting unique industry and gain experience from a global company.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
Process invoices, weekly checks runs, and transfers.
Point of contact for multiple vendors and maintain vendor information within the system.
Support reconciliations.
Identify and resolve A/P issues.
Maintain accounting records, file, and sort incoming mail.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
1+ years of experience with full cycle accounts payable.
Experience with high volume and complex A/P required.
Experience in various banking apps setting up wires or researching check payments.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
Prioritizes customer service with excellent communication skills.
Adaptable and can manage competing priorities.
