    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to join our growing school.

    The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.

    We currently have 70 students and 22 staff members. If you are interested in this position and would like more detailed job description please email

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support school personnel to ensure high performance and professional growth
    • Implementation and assessment to enhance student learning outcomes
    • Engage in strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and innovation in educational program
    • Collaborate with the school director and the school board to align school goals with school objectives
    • Monitor classroom instruction quality and provide feedback for improvement
    • Understand the Montessori Methods and philosophy
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher with a current educational licensure from the Ohio Department of Education
    • Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
    • Minimum of five years in an educational teaching field
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
    • Able to multitask and handle day to day changes
    • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementing innovative educational practices
