    We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Marketing Intern to join our B2B Marketing Team. This is an opportunity to join an organization that specializes in marketing and is the expert in the consumer journey.

    We're seeking an enthusiastic and inventive individual eager to join our dynamic, creative, and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in expanding their knowledge of digital marketing, excel at multitasking, and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage changing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn while honing your design skills and contributing to real-world marketing initiatives.

    The internship will require a time commitment of 40 hours per week - this is a remote opportunity.

    What You'll Do:
    • Create and organize user-centered emails and landing pages, digital asset development, analytics, and project management.
    • Collaborate on various design initiatives, including A/B testing and market research.
    • Identify opportunities to contribute to department projects through research and ideation.
    • Understand conversion metrics related to lead quality and cost per acquisition.
    • Receive comprehensive training on Marketo Automation tool to create and develop emails and landing pages.
    • Gain an understanding of the company's overall identity, vision, brand, and target audiences.
    • Ensure design and brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Identify key areas where you can contribute to completing department projects/initiatives through research, insights, and ideation contribution.
    • Develop an understanding of the company's overall concept, including the brand and customer.
    • Attends unit, departmental, and corporate meetings as assigned.
    • Work collaboratively and develop skills needed to carry out day-to-day work.
    • Stay informed of trends and best practices in digital marketing and make suggestions for incorporating them into LRSP's marketing strategy.
    What We're Looking For
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or graphic design.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in marketing.
    • A strong desire to be successful and demonstrate a solid work ethic and ambitious attitude.
    • Self-disciplined, organized, and strong management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
