Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties:
Design, test, and develop software to meet user requirements. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Confer with business analysts, users, and the internal technology team to gather and document requirements.

Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Coordinate installation of software system. Perform development and support tasks to enhance business and technology functionalities.

Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Coordinate installation of software system. Ensure units and systems continue to function normally. Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Confer with onshore and offshore Quality Assurance ("QA") and Technology teams to test functionality.

Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications. Coordinate installation of software system. Troubleshoot issues reported by users. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Coordinate installation of software system. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance.

A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Wage Range:
$147,653.50 to $175,500
