- Serve as the informational liaison between visitors and students for CCA community Division of Student Success.
- Provide guidance and support to visitors and students via telephone, email, website, drop-in visits and other strategies.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors of the College.
- Maintain front desk office space and visitor seating area.
- Complete job-related training modules including: FERPA, Title XI, Confidentiality, DEI, Suicide Prevention, Effective Communication, CSA Clery Compliance training, etc.
- Reliable transportation to and from campus
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Must have completed FAFSA on file
- Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
- Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
- Must be seeking an eligible program of study

The Front Desk Representative is a key member of the Division of Student Success team and will assist with managing the front desk in the Office of the Dean of Student Success. The primary role of the front desk representative will be to provide support to students, staff, faculty/instructors, and campus guests in accessing Division of Student Success support services and other CCA offices.
