- Manage all aspects of student registration program and provide support to corporate and Government program reviews and briefings
- Support the registration process, which includes but is not limited to:
- Register students for the directed courses within 10 business days
- Coordinate with security to ensure students have proper clearances
- Coordinate with students registering for courses
- Assist with student travel arrangements (list of hotels, local airports and rental car facilities) and sending emails to students with course documentation, schedules, prerequisites, and security procedures
- Coordinate with IA to ensure student paperwork is completed for computer accounts
- Create and maintain rosters for all classes
- Accurately and promptly record attendance for all students
- Establish and thereafter manage program files IAW Air Force Records Management Program
- Assist in the development of the master course schedule and submit to the COR for approval
- Ensure courses are properly loaded into toolkit and the registration page
- Provide support for document preparation, database entry and records maintenance
- Maintain and improve systems for course registration and academic advising
- Coordinate with outside agencies to schedule students for courses
- High School diploma with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a registrar's office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and experienced in maintaining databases
- Experience with an educational environment and office environment
- Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The pay range for this position is $ $37.06 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
