    **WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE TEAM LEADER**

    Memphis, TN, United States Full Time Permanent req78135 Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Warehouse Associate who is dependable, a team player, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment** Your Role**

    The Warehouse Associate performs various warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders.** Your Responsibilities**

    Provides day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates for daily workloads.

    The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for observing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.

    Responsible for monitoring the daily labor, work schedules and daily attendance of employees.

    Establishes a clear communication channel between Customer and KN to streamline interactions.

    Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and FDA regulations.

    Supports the development and execution of the company's Pharmaceutical/Healthcare strategy.

    Counting items and entering information into computer databases.

    Ensuring optimal conditions to maintain goods are fresh and clean.

    Identifying products damaged during transportation, and confirming the quality of goods.

    Logistics expertise with close attention to details.

    Work with minimal supervision.

    Establish daily priorities, multi-task and detail oriented.** Your Skills and Experiences**

    2 5 Experience in a pharmaceutical distribution center/ Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment.

    Strong communication skills both written & verbal.

    Strong motivational, problem solving and analytical skills required.

    PC literate, Microsoft suites and/or WMS, strong mathematical skills.

    Proven proficiency in an automated warehouse environment.

    Efficient with RF scanner.

    Prior Forklift Driving experience to include the Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit down.** Good Reasons to Join**
