    General Responsibilities

    • Ensure Food Safety, Quality, and Guest Experience are top priorities
    • Oversee a specific shift and all responsibilities within it
    • Coach Team Members to uphold Chick-fil-A processes
    • Shift management - breaks, communication, discipline
    • Coach and mentor team members/leaders
    • Empower and provide feedback daily
    • Keep team informed of daily plans
    • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
    • Train team to serve food with excellence
    • Handle customer issues positively
    • Enforce Chick-fil-A standards and policies
    • Maintain store cleanliness and customer perception
    • Responsible for cash management duties
    • Follow waste tracking procedures
    • Implement food and labor cost best practices
