    Description

    Our client, a top real estate company, is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. This role is crucial for providing financial analysis, strategic planning, and transaction support. We need a candidate with strong modeling skills from backgrounds like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar fields. The position offers great potential for career advancement both within the role and the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough financial analysis, including pro-forma, corporate financial, and DCF models.
    • Evaluate capital investments, acquisitions, and developments through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
    • Offer transaction support as required.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive management reporting packages, including key financial metrics and performance dashboards.
    • Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory.
    • M&A experience is a must.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems; familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate platforms is advantageous.
    • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
