At NCP engineering GmbH in Woburn, MA, we are responsible for managing and operating our integrated management systems for information security (ISMS - ISO 27001), quality (QMS - ISO 9001), and data protection (DSMS).

This includes key processes such as risk management, policy management, compliance management, auditing, and continuous improvement. In this role, we report directly to the management team and work closely with the internal IT department.

You can expect an exciting and diverse environment at NCP, where the different management systems work closely together. After a tailored training period, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility for small company projects. Your ideas and feedback are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

Establishing and managing a message board for communication of security incidents
Supporting the creation of policies, manuals, and procedures
Assisting with the analysis and documentation of security incidents
Monitoring vulnerability reports

Qualifications:

Enrolled in computer science, business informatics, or a related field of study
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Ability to think in processes and connect information
Basic knowledge of information security or IT security, at least in IT, is desirable
Analytical and conceptual skills, good communication and collaboration skills, and a high level of initiative and reliability
