We are seeking a Financial Management Director who will strengthen our financial foundation with operational precision and strategic clarity, and build trust with investors - the key to further development and expansion of our company group.


What to expect:

You ensure financial accuracy and compliance - including responsibility for timely submission of monthly and annual financial statements and associated reporting

You keep an eye on cash flow - including monitoring open items for all companies in the company group and ensuring active debt collection

You create efficient processes - including standardizing booking procedures, creating booking instructions, and eliminating inefficient practices
-
You are the point of contact for the company group - whether it's financial management, managing directors of the companies, or external partners, you provide information on financial matters and offer advice on strategic questions

You lead and inspire - you promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, and provide guidance to your team


What sets you apart:

  • Completed vocational training or further education as a financial accountant or a degree in business administration
- +10 years of experience in relevant areas such as accounting or controlling; ideally in a service or crafts company

  • Indepth knowledge of German tax and balance sheet law according to HGB, with experience in accounting software, particularly PDS, being advantageous
  • First experience in personnel management
