The Team:

Our
Marketing Team is the central point of contact at OMR for all external communications. As a result, we work closely with all departments and have our hands in various projects. Our team consists of social media, email marketing, performance, and PR experts who work together to develop holistic campaigns.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You have proven leadership experience, ideally in the field of social media, content marketing, or a related field, and focus on strengthsbased development and support of team members
  • You effectively manage the daytoday operations of the social media department, create engaging content with your team, and develop longterm strategies to increase brand presence and engagement
  • You take on administrative responsibilities for the social media team, plan workflows and budgets to ensure efficient and targeted work, and create space for creativity and innovation
  • You have an empathetic personality and tailor your approach to the needs and strengths of your team to create a motivating work environment
  • Through constructive exchange and creative sparring, you develop individual team members and motivate them to challenge the status quo
  • You have a deep understanding of the dynamics and mechanisms of various social media platforms and a sense for current trends and developments in the digital world
  • You build a high level of trust and are able to maintain trusting relationships both within the team and with external partners, as well as manage stakeholders effectively
