    Summary

    As an Administrative Officer, you will be the head of the Administrative Services Division at the Access Board.

    This role involves overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks such as budget management, fiscal accounting, personnel management, contracts, procurement, IT, travel, and property management.

    Duties

    • Manage, administer, and supervise:
      • Oversee all division activities and financial matters.
      • Conduct performance reviews, develop improvement plans, and arrange training.
    • Develop and implement strategies:
      • Create work plans to achieve Board goals.
      • Coordinate Budget Committee meetings.
    • Financial management:
      • Analyze expenditures and manage agency funds.
      • Keep Executive Director updated on personnel issues.
