Your responsibilities:

2nd and 1st level support tasks (handling hardware and software issues via email and phone)

- prioritizing, classifying, and documenting issues
- working with a ticketing system
- proactive fault management

What you bring:

- completed vocational training in the field or several years of professional experience
- good knowledge of error analysis
- experience in working with customers and documentation processes
- willingness to work in shifts
- very good English and German skills
