Our client successfully operates an online shop for electronic products and is looking for an employee (m/f/d) to handle post-purchase inquiries in Beulaville, NC.
Responsibilities include responding to written and phone inquiries on topics such as:- Product dissatisfaction or incorrect fit
- Damaged product or packaging
- Redemption of gift certificates
- General return policies
- Nondelivery of goods
- Lost PIN codes/access information
- Inquiries about product functionality/care instructions
- Requests for additional/supplementary products
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Excellent German language skills
- Customer service and clientoriented mindset
- Putting the customer first is a priority for you
