Description
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination and control of all activities in the production area, especially with regard to deadlines
- Responsibility for efficient and proactive planning of personnel, materials, and machines to ensure a smooth production process
- Professional leadership, motivation, and development of subordinate employees
- Maintenance of data collection and evaluation and analysis of production figures
- Initiation and support of continuous improvement processes
- Support and close collaboration with the production manager
Your qualifications:
- Training in a metal profession and several years of relevant work experience
- Further training as an industrial foreman or comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge of machining
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Communication skills and social competence for a motivating work environment
