    Melio is looking for a Customer Experience Associate in NYC

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Melio as Customer Experience Associates. As part of our mission to support small businesses, we need proactive team players who can thrive in a startup atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will not only involve typical customer interactions but also contribute to shaping the Melio brand through customer engagement and retention.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience, specializing in Phone and Live Chat support
    • Excellent communication skills for handling important financial transactions
    • Ability to manage multiple chat interactions with a calm and empathetic approach
    • Passion for problem-solving and achieving set goals
    • Desire to exceed customer expectations with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
    • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
    • Background in customer service for small businesses or tech startups is advantageous

    Your role and impact:

    • Deliver exceptional support through Phone, Email, and live chat
    • Handle various customer issues efficiently
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets promptly
    • Enhance product features based on support trends
    • Work across departments to address customer concerns
    • Document all customer support activities
