- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daytoday nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and enhance clinical outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for quality enhancement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and educational sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance programs.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problemsolving.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar outpatient setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in surgical nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in ambulatory surgery nursing.
- Proficiency in computer applications, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare management systems.

Position Overview:
As the
Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care within our ASC.

Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, quality initiatives, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
