    This is an ON-SITE position


    The Senior Online Lending Services Specialist plays a vital role in the department, being the go-to person for any questions or issues that may arise. Responsibilities include responding to incoming calls, processing online loan applications, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role demands expertise in Texas Home Equity loan origination and basic mortgage processes. The Specialist will be involved in originating first and second lien Texas Home Equity loans, as well as consumer loans, and is required to obtain NMLS registration. Strong work ethic, exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
    • Reviewing and processing loan applications, providing assistance to members both online and over the phone
    • Conducting account research, evaluating creditworthiness, and communicating approval or denial requirements clearly
    • Identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities, as well as training team members on credit report analysis
    • Offering phone support to members, taking ownership of calls, and ensuring resolution
    • Handling Texas Home Equity loans, mortgage origination, and consumer loan processing
    • Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements

    Requirements:
    Experience: Three to five years of relevant experience
    Education/Certifications/Licenses: High school degree or equivalent
    Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain trust, credibility, and diplomacy in all interactions
    Physical Requirements: Capable of performing sedentary work with occasional lifting, climbing stairs in emergencies, and using standard office equipment
    Working Conditions: Comfortable working indoors in a shared office space
    Mental And/or Emotional Requirements: Ability to work independently or in a team, follow instructions, communicate effectively, and handle multiple priorities
