    As the VP of Retail Logistics, you will oversee and standardize practices across all current and future retail locations. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer retention by collaborating with ownership and the executive and retail teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee performance and streamline operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement best-practice standards and policies for each store, ensuring staff adherence through comprehensive training.
    • Facilitate effective communication among retail associates, managers, district managers, and directors to implement new field programs and execution standards.
    • Manage third-party vendors involved in footprint expansion, onboarding, contracting, budgeting, and performance management.
    • Maintain a physical presence across all stores to assess operations and provide support as needed.
    • Design store merchandise layouts based on industry best practices and brand requirements.
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory, labor, shrinkage, and operational costs to manage expenses effectively.
    • Prepare and interpret financial reports to optimize sales performance and profitability.
    • Identify and address underperforming metrics by leveraging existing tools and resources.
    • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a diverse team of top talent to foster a high-performance culture.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Ensure optimal stock levels based on sales history and anticipated trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and experiences through training and incentives.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Optimistic, motivating, with a strong work ethic and mission-driven mindset.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, and consumer-facing roles.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience building, scaling, and leading successful teams in multi-state, multi-district retail operations.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and mentor leaders.
    • Experience in drafting manuals and setting operational standards.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Background in visual merchandising.
    • Ability to ensure consistency across all stores.
    • Highly analytical with a willingness to travel to relevant store locations.

    Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
