- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Assist with software installations and upgrades
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and problem resolutions
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Staff or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Staff to join our team. The IT Helpdesk Staff will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with software installations and upgrades. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
