Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Software/Hardware Help Desk Support to join our team.As an IT Software/Hardware Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, resolving IT issues promptly, and ensuring smooth operations of our systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide onboarding training for all new hires.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- In lieu of degree, a proven 2+ experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customeroriented approach with a focus on providing highquality support.
