Job Summary: The Service Repairs Administrator will be managed by the Customer & Technical Support Manager. With that, the Repairs Admin will work closely with ATEQ's Sales Managers in order to service our customers by reviewing, maintaining, and tracking our process and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Repair Admin will be required to maintain and provide updates on customer specific issues and reports, and may be interacting directly with the customer when directed so by the Account Manager.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Manage day to day inbound and out bound (handling UPS) repairs for Service technicians that perform the necessary work.
Coordinate with Tech support sending RMA's to customers so they can send their tool(s) in for service.
Facilitate sending call tags (UPS or FEDEX) to customers along with RMA for special tool programs as well as warranty issue related repairs.
Manage the number of tools in exchange programs for National account customers.
Manage the reporting of unpaid for tool repairs, especially for National account programs. Be able to provide this to the Sales Team or account manager in charge of the accounts.
Have the aptitude to interact with customers either Via email or over the phone for purposes of explaining the repair costs and collecting of the repair bill after service work has been performed.
Have the ability to track trends with tool repairs.
Have the communication skills to be able to interact with not only the repair team technician, but with the technical support team members not only in Novi office but also with the support team in Mexico as well. Be able to interact with the sales team when there are issues arise that require the sales Manager in charge of that account or customer.
This person will have access to certain customer portals so that they can respond to needs of locations needing service.

This is an "In-Office" position

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience of 4 years in an admin role, or have the aptitude to handle admin role.
Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong understanding of Excel or related software.
Strategic and creative mindset.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Automotive Aftermarket Experience is a plus by not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Able to stand to perform shipping, packing, and other duties.

Hourly Rate:

$21-$24/hour

Required Skills/Abilities:

High School Diploma/GED

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent time management skills

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing at the production line.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
