    Job Description:

    Only considering candidates with the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years of experience with solar, energy, electric vehicles, construction, or related field
    • Working knowledge of project planning steps and elements.
    • Basic knowledge of billing practices. Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and processes
    • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes and electrical power system.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Working skills in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

    Responsibilities:

    • Process project applications for specialized customer programs
    • Determine completeness of applications and compliance with tariffs and company requirements
    • Assess project level and coordinate further study if necessary
    • Coordinate with all parties to ensure completion of required documents
    • Work with project manager(s) to develop project scope, requirements, schedule, and deliverables
    • Develop purchase orders for equipment required for customer interconnection with the grid
    • Monitor, track, and report project status and milestones to management and/or senior staff
    • Coordinate project review meetings and site visits for testing and commissioning projects
    • Track and assist in resolving customer issues, maintaining a database of issues and resolutions
    • Coordinate with protection, metering, and billing departments to facilitate smooth interconnection for customers
    • Determine billing amounts, verify payments, and resolve disputes and billing discrepancies
    • Develop and maintain manuals, analyze procedural changes, and prepare emergency procedures for customers
    • Communicate operating/performance standards and procedures to customers, partners, internal departments, consultants, and contractors
