    Lighthouse Insurance Group – An Independent Insurance Agency handling Personal & Commercial Lines – Fort Myers, FL 33966

    Lighthouse Insurance Group is growing and looking for that key team member to help shape their future. Our office is expanding and we would love for you to be apart of our TEAM

    Hours, 9am -5pm Monday through Friday, PTO offered.

    The perfect applicant will possess the following attributes:

    • 4-40 Customer service license
    • Bilingual

    • Organized, Disciplined, & Coachable

    Responsibilities

    • Cross-sell current clients
    • Maintain client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance payments and billing questions, taking information for quoting purposes, greeting incoming clients and visitors, and inputting daily data.
    • Answers incoming calls, screens calls, checks and return voice-mails, and transfers calls appropriately and promptly
    • Self Starter, problem solver and self motivate
    • Obtain and ensure that necessary forms and signatures, including new client packet and client financial responsibility, are completed.
    • The ability to send and retrieve emails, scan, copy and fax information to clients and carriers.

    Job Qualifications

    • Ability to effectively present information to management and employees
    • Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best.
    • Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
    • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills.
    • Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision.
    • 4-40 License
    • Speak English and Spanish fluently.
