- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and priorities.
- Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials tailored to the specific needs of different departments and job roles. o
- Set up Training Center to house all ESI and manufacturers trainings and manuals.
- Incorporate learning principles and instructional design best practices into training content. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics, including safety procedures, technical skills, customer service, and compliance regulations.
- New hire training o Utilize a variety of training methods, such as presentations, role-playing, cases studies, and hands-on exercises, to engage employees and enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure that training sessions are scheduled and conducted efficiently to minimize disruption to daily operations.

- Bachelors degree and 7 + years of experience in a related field.
- Proven ability of technical writing and hands-on expertise (electrical, mechanical, and piping). Understanding of a commercial entity's corporate structure and mission.
