We are seeking a humble, driven, trustworthy, and positive Field Logistics Driver to join our team in Arizona. Our team is dedicated to partner with our customers, promote our products, and provide for our people.

As a company, we are passionate about showing our surgeons and medical professionals the latest advancements in procedures and products, as well as providing expert representation and ongoing education.

The responsibilities include delivering surgical instrument trays, implants, and other medical devices to local hospitals and surgery centers.

Additionally, our team members support the warehouse operation and sale teams with reassembly, inspection, and replenishment of surgical instrument trays.

DUTIES:

Safely operates company vehicle to deliver and pick up medical equipment.
Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Responsible for pick up, assembly and return of surgical instrument sets, implants, and medical equipment; including tracking in our inventory management software.
Must work with direct supervisor to resolve customer issues and problems.
Provide preferential service to all accounts large and small.
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Complete appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick up of products and ensure timely and accurate transportation.
Needs to be able to perform a variety of tasks as required by immediate supervisor.
Will report to supervisor and/or manager.
The incumbent shall demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors at all times.
The incumbent shall conduct a professional manner in dealing with the customers and coworkers at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a positive, cando attitude always willing to work together to move the business forward.
Must be licensed to operate a vehicle, have a good driving record, and current insurance.
Must have flexible work hours
Must be able to pass Background check and Drug test
Must be able to lift, pull, push 50 lbs.
