    We are seeking a qualified, service-minded, luxury state of mind ambassador for the
    Front Desk Supervisor position.

    What you will be doing:

    • Lead the team in your shift in welcoming all guests in a luxury environment.
    • Completing Opening and closing shift responsibilities and customizing a warm farewell to our departing guests.
    • Oversee the daily Operations and lead the Front Office team during your assigned shift.
    • Handling all requests and inquiries and all incoming phone calls to the hotel including In-house guests. Providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
    • Enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.
    • Candidate should be able to deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial.
    • Responsible for a cash bank and following all cash handling procedures.
    • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
    • Consistently offer friendly, engaging and a service culture that contributes positively to the Brand's Vision and Mission.
    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

    • A passion for everything Guest Service and luxury customer service.
    • Minimum of 3 years of previous Guest Service/Front Desk experience in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
    • Previous experience with Opera a plus or a comparable property management system (PMS).
    • Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
    • Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
    • Must be flexible with days and hours.
