    Technical Project Manager (Scrum Lead) at Ad Platforms

    Hybrid Role in Santa Monica, CA or Seattle, WA

    Overview:

    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, also known as a Scrum Lead, to join our team at Ad Platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of software development solutions within the Advertising Platforms domain. Your work will involve hands-on management of technology activities using Agile and Scrum methodologies, collaborating with various technical teams to achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and drive the execution and delivery of software development projects from initiation to completion
    • Utilize Agile and Scrum practices to guide teams towards successful project delivery
    • Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
    • Conduct team ceremonies and workshops, ensuring active participation and resolving complex issues
    • Manage team dynamics, morale, and motivation while promoting mutual respect and diverse viewpoints
    • Ensure timely delivery of quality solutions within budget constraints
    • Monitor and report on team metrics to track project progress
    • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to exchange information and deliver project outcomes

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Lead in Agile/Scrum software development
    • Experience managing formal software development projects
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
    • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
    • Experience with Scaled-Agile management methods

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Background in media technology
    • Knowledge of Ad tech domain or willingness to learn
    • Project management certifications are a plus
