    Description

    Scrum Process Management:

    • Managing and driving the SCRUM processes and procedures including facilitating all SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) for the project portfolio.
    • Work closely with Technology Product Management team members, Business Product Owners, and the management team to set project goals and deliver features that align with business and technology strategic priorities.
    • Lead the Scrum teams through each sprint and remediate all blockers.
    • Act as coach through the duration of each initiative and foster an environment of clear constructive communication while guarding the team from external interference.
    • Document lessons learned and lead continuous improvement efforts based on best practices and end user community feedback.
    • Ensure that user stories and updated regularly and all confluence documentation is up to date.
    • Ensure key users review and sign off on design documentation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time, meet the needs of the client and stay within budget.
    • Determine what the client or company wants to achieve.
    • Create timelines; and determine costs and resources needed.
    • Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
    • Provide direction and coaching on project specific tasks.
    • Select supporting staff and lead a project team.
    • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.
    • Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the processes and quality standards of the company.
    • Develop & implement processes for PM teams to complete activities to current policies and practices; keep documentation organized; identify process improvements.
    • Manage team to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Report the project progress to senior managers and the client.
    • Manage risks and manage to avoid delays.

    Required Skills & Experience


    • Bachelors Degree along with 7 years experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
    • Experience managing and driving the SCRUM processes and procedures including facilitating all SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) for the project portfolio

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
