What makes your job special

  • Methodical coaching of project team members in the roles of Product Owner and cross-functional Developer (such as Software Developer, Business Designer, UX Designer)
  • Teaching agile values and principles in projects
  • Designing and taking responsibility for agile processes within and outside the team
  • Developing valuable solutions as a team according to our clients' strategic roadmap
  • Coordinating and moderating meetings (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles, conflicts, and risks
